Hello Spring!

Ah, spring in Seattle.  Lush.  Fresh.  Sublime.  Flowers bloom, birds carol, breezes drift through screen doors. We welcome the change with open arms and hearts ablaze.  Memories of the months of dreary drizzle eagerly forgotten. With all this freshness, we are inspired to revisit our achey bodies.  Like shaking out an old (but loved) rug, we open ourselves up again to the movement spring inspires.  It's time to juice up, and get to playing a little bit.  Doesn't it sound nice to feel your best again?  Limberness, vitality, and balanced strength all come with yoga practice. I get bummed out when I hear friends say that they tried yoga, but it was way too advanced for them, and the teacher didn't slow down or accommodate them.  They get turned off, and never come back to it.  It's hard to find a beginner class, I'm realizing.  And even ones that tout that they are truly for beginners seem to go too fast sometimes.
